Responsibilities:
- Work hand-in-hand with the Director of Business Development in all marketing activities – this will evolve over time based on strengths/skillsets.
- Manage online presence – adding new site photos, testimonials, content and maintaining the Project Map It tool.
- Assist with the creation of digital content (including videos) for websites, blogs, social media and other digital/print platforms.
- Assist in executing strategic direct mail campaigns on a frequent basis.
- Implement an email marketing communication plan for our customer database.
- Support in executing the social media strategy including writing social media posts and implementing promotions.
- Occasionally go to job sites to capture pictures either on a phone or with a drone.
- Support in data integrity and reporting leveraging our CRM (JobProgress) and other digital marketing analytic tools.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license / reliable transportation to work
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication
- Experience: 1-3 years of marketing experience, including digital marketing and social media (local marketing a plus)
- Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
- Open to it being a hybrid role after 90-day probationary period but will be required to be in the office 2-3 days a week
Skillsets:
- Team player with a positive attitude with the willingness to be a self-starter
- Strong communication skills, ability to work with all types of people
- Proficient with computers and different software applications (Canva is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with skills in time management, organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization
- Ideally someone who enjoys to write content & has proofreading skills
- Familiar with social media strategy and execution
- Graphic design is a plus

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)
