Well pleased with workers and workmanship on the entire project. Highly recommend
Khris Reynolds was our main point of contact for the repairs needed to our home due a tree falling on the roof during a wind storm. He was great!!! Very attentive and professional. Worked closely with the insurance company to ensure we received claim payment we were entitled to. He is always available to answer any of my many questions with extensive knowledge and patience.
I can not say enough about my experience with O’Donnell. They by far exceeded my expectations. I basically had a full exterior remodel done on my 107 year old home. It went from being the most run down house on our street to being the absolute nicest looking house on our street. People are actually stopping and taking pictures because they love the look so much. Have had countless people stop to talk to me and ask who I used to do the work. Not only are we extremely happy with the outcome but out of six companies that gave us estimates they were the most affordable. Great communication throughout the job. Very honest from day one. Did not take any shortcuts and went out of their way to handle a few extra things that were not initially planned. Do yourself a favor and give them a call if you need a reliable company that does first class work!
The O’Donnell team are fantastic to work with especially Khris R. The level of professionalism combined with fair pricing and exceptional work quality are unsurpassed. I would recommend Khris for any scope of project. His experience and expertise in this industry are immediately apparent from the beginning which gives peace of mind when navigating any home upgrade.
Just want to give a shout out of thanks to a special guy and a great company. Khris Reynolds of O’Donnell Roofing Co handled our new roof, windows and solar panels from beginning to installation and we couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Khris and O’Donnell Roofing!
We had an excellent experience with the O’Donnell team. They installed an entire solar panel system, windows and roof on our Springfield home. They did a beautiful job. The project was completed in a timely manner and the whole team was professional and respectful of our property. The consultant, Khris, was exceptional. He explained every step of the process and was always available to us. We felt very taken care of from start to finish. We would refer O’Donnell to anyone who values quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
I worked with Al and he was very courteous and responsive. I had one small issue with a new gutter and Al had it fixed the next day. O’Donnell’s guys left my property neat and clean outside. The roof looks perfect! I would use them again.
I love my new roof! Khris Renolds was awesome to work with, and was especially helpful dealing with my insurance company. Al and his team did an excellent job
