Are your skylights and windows warrantied?
Yes! We warrant our labor for a period of 10 years, along with corresponding manufacturer warranties. Velux skylights offer a 10 yr. No-Leak Warranty, and window warranties vary for each product.
Can you match the roofing on my portico to the rest of my roof?
Yes! We can almost always match the shingle color and manufacturer, unless the homes existing shingles are older and weathered. We offer metal roofing as well, which looks great in these accent-type applications.
Can I get a free estimate?
Yes we offer free inspections that include an estimate with our recommendations.
What carpentry projects do you offer?
We are capable of building or repairing almost anything in relation to the exterior of your home, including custom porticos, doors, windows, skylights and rotted wood replacement.
What types of general contracting projects do you offer?
We work regularly with masons, electricians, plumbers, and all interior tradesmen. We can do GC porch construction, second floor additions (roof lifts), and ground up construction, though we generally stick to the foundation work and exterior shell (framing, windows, siding, roofing,doors,exterior trim). We work regularly with other GC’s who we refer to deal directly with the client, to complete the interior work. This saves our customers money, as they avoid the typical GC markup on the shell, and gives them peace of mind that the structural and exterior work is all done correctly.
