Spreading Smiles with Toys

We are excited to announce our involvement in the Sassy Massey Toy Drive. This will be our second year participating in the drive, and we can use your help!

The Sassy Massey Toy Drive

Jillian Massey was diagnosed with an incurable brain and spinal cancer at the young age of 4. Her unwavering spirit inspired the creation of the Sassy Massey Smiles Foundation, dedicated to bringing smiles and joy to sick children through toys and playroom resources during their hospital or clinic stays.

While battling cancer in 2016, Jillian initiated the Sassy Massey Toy Drive, ensuring her fellow young patients at CHOP had toys for the holidays. Jillian had even loftier goals for the 2017 drive before she passed. Since then, this initiative has expanded, aiming to spread happiness to pediatric cancer patients while raising awareness about the limited government funding allocated to their cause. Starting with a humble goal, the community’s generosity has allowed the drive to far exceed their expectations, delivering miles of smiles around the holidays and throughout the year.

Let’s Make a Difference Together

Join us in continuing this heartwarming journey. We want to extend those miles of smiles by helping Sassy Massey exceed their goal again this year. For every appointment booked in November, we will donate $10 to go towards this year’s toy drive. At the beginning of December, all funds raised will be used to purchase toys for the drive. Last year, we filled two trucks with toys, and this year, our goal is to reach $1000 to fill up our trucks!

Hope to See You There

We will be at the Sassy Massey Toy Drive this December, and we’d love to see you there too! The event will be held on December 15 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at 777 W Sproul Road in Springfield. Bring a toy or two and watch the toy drive assembly line at the end of the night – it is truly a sight to see.
